Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or software development.
• Alternatively, 2-5 years in mechanical product design or engineering roles with CAD experience.
• Exposure to software development or digital product teams (agile or hybrid environments).

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a 2-year roadmap for product scope with clear KPIs.
• Translate user needs into clear product scope.
• Manage partnerships with key vendors in the software ecosystem.
• Ensure digital tools connect to commercial objectives and track outcomes.
• Track product metrics such as usage and adoption.
