Meijer is seeking a Digital Clerk to fulfill customers' online curbside orders, delivering a quick, accurate pickup experience from start to finish. You will greet customers, verify items, and ensure smooth order completion with friendly service.

You don't need to know everything on day one; training is provided. This role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Process-driven with ability to follow procedures efficiently.
• Past online ordering experience a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing).

Responsabilités

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers with a courteous attitude in person and on the phone.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify products, and bag items using bagging standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly following food safety guidelines.
• Keep curbside area clean and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
