Meijer is seeking a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders, ensuring quick, accurate pickup for customers. You will greet customers, handle payments, and coordinate with store teams to maintain smooth curbside operations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Prior retail or cashier experience is preferred, with a focus on reliability and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly attitude and respond to questions and needs.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify products, and bag items using bagging standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
