• Experience or knowledge of the legal industry.
• 2- or 4-year degree preferred; comfortable with A/V technology and digital recording.
• Professional appearance and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up audio/video equipment quickly in varied environments.
• Position microphones for optimal audio capture.
• Mix multiple audio tracks and monitor levels.
• Set white balance and exposure for videography.
• Ensure proper video framing per norms.
• Assist clients with audio/video issues in-person and remotely.
• Log key events, spellings, exhibits, and objections.
• Swear in deponents and record testimony under oath.
• Maintain a calm, neutral demeanor before, during, and after proceedings.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
