Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Production Manager to partner with IDP digital marketing content across AWS Marketing in Seattle, WA.

You will orchestrate end-to-end production from intake to final delivery, ensuring campaigns meet quality and brand standards. As the front-of-house partner for IDP v-teams, you’ll manage timelines, align stakeholders, and lead cross-functional communications while maintaining rigorous QA and leveraging Adobe tools to assess quality and drive

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of Adobe design programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• 4+ years in creative production, content production management, or program management in marketing/agency.
• 3+ years hands-on in video production, UX design, graphic design, or related creative discipline.
• Proven track record managing creative deliverables for marketing campaigns ranging from $25K to $500K.

Responsibilities

• Requestor Relationship Management: primary contact for requestors; manage expectations and project status.
• Discovery: conduct discovery calls to align on asks and confirm scope before production; refine briefs and BOMs.
• Project Coordination: manage end-to-end timelines, resources, and schedules across campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: coordinate between creative, strategy, IDP teams, and technical groups; oversee design disciplines.
• Agency & Vendor Management: support onboarding of external partners and conduct performance reviews.
