Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of web content development experience.
• Experience writing in AP style and CMS management (e.g., AEM).
• Experience using analytics (Adobe/Google) to guide content decisions.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with web content and campaign plans, coordinating contributors and deliverables.
• Develop content from interviews, audience research, personas, and briefs.
• Use analytics to guide content delivery, SEO, and AEO optimization.
• Collaborate with designers on web experiences and maintain IA, taxonomy, and standards.
• Create and manage CMS content and act as content SME for assigned teams.
• Review and publish content for accuracy, brand, and AP style; escalate issues to senior management.
