Environmental Law & Policy Center in Chicago, IL is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to lead social media and digital storytelling for ELPC’s policy work, reports, and campaigns. The role blends advocacy with creative content across platforms in a hybrid office setting.
The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years in social media management, experience in short-form video and graphics, and strong analytics skills with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or Meta Business Suite.

The Digital Content Specialist leads the execution of a comprehensive social media and digital content strategy that activates people around ELPC’s work, priority issues, major reports and policy papers, experts, online fundraising, and advocacy campaigns. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller with an advocacy mindset who excels at translating complex policy into compelling, audience-centered content across social media platforms.
For candidates who meet all the above qualifications, ELPC offers an attractive salary and benefits package, competitive to leading national environmental non-profits. Depending on experience, salary ranges from $70,000-$73,000.
