Environmental Law & Policy Center in Chicago is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to lead our social media and digital content strategy, highlighting ELPC’s priorities, reports, and advocacy campaigns. You will translate complex policy into accessible content for audience-first storytelling, across platforms, while maintaining our brand voice and visual identity.

TITLE: Digital Content Specialist
LOCATION: Chicago, IL with a hybrid work environment that includes required days in the office each week
HOURS PER WEEK: Full time(40 hours/week)
REPORTS TO: Senior Manager, Digital Campaigns
The Digital Content Specialist leads the execution of a comprehensive social media and digital content strategy that activates people around ELPC’s work, priority issues, major reports and policy papers, experts, online fundraising, and advocacy campaigns. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller with an advocacy mindset who excels at translating complex policy into compelling, audience-centered content across social media platforms.
For candidates who meet all the above qualifications, ELPC offers an attractive salary and benefits package, competitive to leading national environmental non-profits. Depending on experience, salary ranges from $70,000-$73,000.
