Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Multimedia Content Producer to support the execution, QA, and publishing of digital content across enterprise websites. The Specialist, Digital Producer will ensure site accuracy, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and adherence to HIPAA requirements while collaborating with editorial, creative, and technical teams.

You will publish updates in CMS, build pages from templates, manage assets in DAM, and help plan web launches and campaigns within deadlines.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in digital production, web content management, or a related field.
• Experience using a content management system such as Drupal, WordPress, or similar platform.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day website updates, including content publishing, page builds, and revisions within the CMS.
• Build pages using approved content, templates, and components in production workflows.
• Manage content updates in staging environments and coordinate assets from the DAM for publishing.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date website content across assigned properties.
• Support planning and execution of web launches, campaign updates, and site changes within defined timelines.
• Assist with CMS-related troubleshooting, publishing issues, and basic integrations.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and alignment with source materials.
