Job summary

Cherry Assistant LLC is seeking a Digital Content & Operations Assistant for a part-time remote role in the United States. You will support digital sales, customer communication, admin processes, and general business ops while also crafting short-form video content for reels and social media.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of proven success creating engaging reels and TikToks, strong video editing skills, and comfortable communicating with customers via text, phone, and email in a remote

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of demonstrated success creating Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts that drive engagement.
• Strong working knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar), and Canva for creating high-quality content.
• Comfortable handling operational tasks such as customer communication, invoicing, documentation, scheduling, and data entry while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal English, a customer-first mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as submitting warranty claims, invoicing, documentation, and data entry.
• Support digital sales by responding to the client primarily through text but also calls and emails.
• Support internal communication and scheduling when required.
• Help maintain organized digital files and content libraries.
• Provide occasional executive support (calendar, inbox, coordination) as needed.
• Create, edit, and publish short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) tailored to the motor industry.
• Develop engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Transform raw footage into polished, high-performing videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, sounds, and formats to maximize reach and engagement.
• Support planning and managing a content calendar, ensuring consistent and strategic posting.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and calls-to-action to drive engagement and conversions.

We are hiring an Digital Content & Operations Assistant in the motor industry to support the day-to-day sales and operational functions of a growing business, with additional responsibility for social media content and creative support.

This is a part-time remote role for a US-based client, focused primarily on supporting digital sales, customer communication, administrative processes, and general business operations . The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with customers through text, phone, and email, while also having the creative skills to support short-form video content and social media when needed.

The role is a great fit for someone with a sales or operations background who also has strong social media and content creation skills , rather than a traditional social media specialist. You'll help keep sales and administrative processes moving while supporting the client's online presence.
