Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group seeks a Manager, Digital Content, AMER, to own production, quality control, and performance of commercial digital content across the regional portfolio. You will shape content strategy, channel planning and expert copywriting to support business objectives and drive engagement and conversion.

As the regional expert, you will ensure consistency, localization, and optimization across brands, collaborating with Brand, CRM, Social, Analytics, Revenue Management, Digital Product,

Qualifications

• Significant experience in digital content and copywriting for premium brands.
• Proven ability to develop content across websites, CRM emails, paid social, and ads.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, UX writing and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience with CRM lifecycle communications, experimentation and optimization.
• Proficiency with CMS, CRM and analytics platforms; able to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional commercial content plan translating business priorities into a program of activity.
• Write, edit and optimize website content across portfolio and third-party platforms with SEO and accessibility best practices.
• Develop performance-focused content for CRM journeys, email campaigns, paid social and other channels.
• Use behavioral, SEO and content performance data to identify optimization opportunities and support testing.
• Lead quality assurance, audits, and accessibility reviews ensuring brand and WCAG alignment.
• Partner with global, regional and property stakeholders to support localization and AI-enabled content opportunities.
