Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group’s AMER Regional Digital Hub seeks a Manager, Digital Marketing, AMER to lead digital marketing for a portfolio of hotels, translating commercial priorities into performance-driven plans.

You will coordinate internal specialists, global teams, and agency partners to ensure campaigns align with hotel objectives across paid media, CRM, website, SEO and reporting. Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decisions are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital performance marketing and hotel e-commerce.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Strong English communication and cross-market collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing for a portfolio of hotels in the AMER region.
• Translate commercial priorities into integrated, performance-driven plans.
• Plan and oversee campaigns across paid media, search, metasearch, social, website, email, and SEO.
• Coordinate agency partners and internal specialists for timely delivery.
• Monitor channel performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Deliver clear performance reporting to regional leadership.
