Job summary

United Way of Metro Chicago seeks a Manager, Digital Content to oversee digital content across email, web, and social platforms. You will lead content strategy to increase brand visibility, audience growth, and conversions, collaborating with Marketing & Communications to drive impact.

You will develop and deploy email campaigns in Marketing Cloud, create CMS-friendly web content with SEO focus, and manage social channels to grow engagement using Sprout Social.

Qualifications

• Background creating CMS-managed website content and inbox-friendly email campaigns.
• Experience developing engaging social media content and short-form video.
• Strong understanding of accessibility guidelines and SEO best practices.

Responsibilities

• Email Marketing & Communications: United Way + 211 Metro Chicago.
• Primary content lead for email marketing and constituent communications.
• Create content and deploy mass communications in Marketing Cloud (newsletters, campaigns).
• Create, edit, build, and deploy content for Marketing Cloud journeys.
• Develop and deploy email communications for events and programs (invites, reminders).
• Manage content across United Way and 211 Metro Chicago social channels.
• Develop and post social content using Sprout Social and update social graphics.
