Job summary

College of American Pathologists (CAP) is seeking a Manager, Digital Content to advance CAP's digital communications ecosystem. You will govern CAP.org and related sites, shape content strategy, and ensure accessibility and SEO across platforms.

You will lead podcast strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Communications, Marketing, Membership, Advocacy, Education, and more to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, digital media, or related field.
• Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in digital communications, content strategy, digital marketing, web governance, or related fields.
• Experience managing digital content programs, governance practices, analytics reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder consultation.
• Experience developing training or stakeholder education related to digital platforms, AI, analytics, or content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead website governance and content strategy for CAP.org and related sites.
• Develop standards for content publishing, SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
• Manage podcast strategy, hosting, RSS feeds, and distribution workflows.
• Monitor analytics and translate data into actionable leadership reports.
• Collaborate with departments and vendors to align digital initiatives.
