The Digital Content and Engagement Manager supports brand and communication strategies through the creative development and delivery of content across Merrimack’s social media platforms to effectively deliver integrated messages to diverse audiences, promote brand recognition and reinforce the College’s core values and institutional priorities. Reporting to the Assistant Director, Digital Content, the Digital Content and Engagement Manager will monitor and engage across social channels to ensure timely awareness of conversations, trends and emerging issues. The Digital Content and Engagement Manager will organize and create content (video, photography and design) in collaboration with staff, students and vendors for use across digital channels. Supports live event coverage, institutional storytelling and execution of digital campaigns across social and emerging platforms.
