Merrimack College is seeking an organized, service‑oriented front office coordinator to support 9 administrators and 70+ student staff in a busy campus Residence Life environment.
You will triage calls and visitors, manage the office budget, supervise student workers, and coordinate with campus partners to ensure smooth front‑office operations and strong customer service.

This is an on-campus position as employees are essential in order to provide a fully on-campus, residential college experience for our students and the community.
