SemiConX is seeking a BIM Designer to join our on-site team in Boise, Idaho. You will develop and curate 3D models across architecture, structure, and MEP, coordinate with architects and engineers, and ensure models are buildable and clash-free for construction.

You will translate models into construction documents, enforce standards, and provide training and guidance to the team. A BS in a related field and hands-on BIM experience are required, with strong English communication.

Qualificações

• BS in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar discipline.
• Hands-on experience as a BIM Designer or comparable modeling/coordination role.
• Strong command of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Dynamo.
• End-to-end understanding of building systems and construction workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
• English proficiency in speaking and writing.

Responsabilidades

• Detect and resolve clashes proactively to eliminate rework before it reaches the field.

• Maintain organized project files, version control, and BIM databases for full team visibility.
• Support the entire project lifecycle—design development, construction, and renovations.
• Provide BIM tool guidance, troubleshooting, and training to elevate team proficiency.
