Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Program Manager to lead a portfolio of Compliance technology initiatives within Corporate Services Technology. You will oversee project scope, success metrics, and a prioritized backlog while collaborating with Compliance stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic needs.

You will maintain strong relationships across leadership levels, translate business needs into actionable workstreams, and drive the end-to-end delivery of scalable, data-driven compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or information systems.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with executive presence.
• Skilled at navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, and driving alignment across diverse teams and priorities.
• Planning and execution frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Translating business needs into actionable workstreams.
• Positive attitude and goal-driven.
• Strong presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of projects with Compliance Stakeholders and Corporate Services Technology to understand Compliance needs.
• Manage project scope, success measures, and a prioritized backlog of deliverables.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization and report program status to leadership.
• Serve as a liaison between strategy and execution and coordinate with delivery teams.
• Oversee program oversight of Digital Compliance technology initiatives to modernize tools, workflows, and processes.
