Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Program Manager to lead a portfolio of Compliance technology initiatives within Corporate Services Technology. You will oversee project scope, success metrics, and a prioritized backlog while collaborating with Compliance stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic needs.

You will maintain strong relationships across leadership levels, translate business needs into actionable workstreams, and drive the end-to-end delivery of scalable, data-driven compliance

Qualifications

In this role, you will be responsible for the program oversight of Digital Compliance technology initiatives. These initiatives will modernize the tools, workflows, reporting, and processes that support our end-to-end compliance lifecycle, ensuring they are scalable, data-driven, and aligned with our future business needs.

The Team Within the Compliance Platform Strategy team, you will join a group of program managers and business analysts driving technology implementations for our Records and eCommunication program and Compliance Data Technology program. Our mission is to enable the firm to meet evolving regulatory obligations, minimize customer friction, and deliver a future-ready digital compliance platform that supports strategic growth and operational excellence.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
