Responsibilities

## Job Description:**Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position** **The Role** The Program Manager is part of a team that enables Corporate Services Technology to continuously modernize, consolidate and digitize technology solutions and provide an enhanced user experience to Fidelity associates across Compliance. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing a group of projects working alongside our Compliance Stakeholders and Corporate Services Technology to ensure they have a solid understanding of Compliance current and future needs. The Program Manager will manage project scope, success measures, maintain a prioritized backlog of deliverables, maintain stakeholder relationships across all levels of an organization, communicate program status to leadership and serve as a liaison between strategy and execution. In this role, you will be responsible for the program oversight of Digital Compliance technology initiatives. These initiatives will modernize the tools, workflows, reporting, and processes that support our end‐to‐end compliance lifecycle, ensuring they are scalable, data‐driven, and aligned with our future business needs. **The Team** Within the Compliance Platform Strategy team, you will join a group of program managers and business analysts driving technology implementations for our Records and eCommunication program and Compliance Data Technology program. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
