Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in communications, content development, technical writing, or project support.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Publisher, or similar content tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Higher education or public sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Digital Communications and Content Development: Draft and update technology announcements, newsletters, website content, FAQs, service notices, and other communications.
• Project Documentation and Coordination Support: Prepare meeting materials, document meetings, and record decisions and action items; maintain trackers and shared folders.
• Title III Activity and Evidence Support: Collect and organize documentation for Title III activities; maintain evidence folders and checklists; prepare visual summaries.
• Technology Awareness and Change Communications: Prepare communications on technology changes, service improvements, and milestones; promote technology services and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Event and Stakeholder Support: Assist with communications, registration, materials, scheduling, and reminders; collect attendance and feedback.
