Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience on a Corporate Communications and/or Digital Communications team.
• Experience shaping digital strategies for corporate brands in regulated industries.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for external and internal audiences.
• Proven ability to manage digital channels and improve audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead digital channel strategies for social media, website and internal platforms.
• Advise senior leaders on digital communications and content strategy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on integrated digital plans.
• Identify opportunities to expand presence on emerging platforms and channels.
• Measure performance with analytics and adjust programs for impact.
• Support internal communications and content for Lynx and Teams.
