Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree (e.g., PharmD, PhD)
• 5+ years of experience in biotechnology/pharmaceuticals with Medical Information/Medical Affairs
• Direct experience leading Medical Information strategy, content development, inquiry management, vendor/contact center oversight, systems, quality monitoring, reporting, and launch planning
• Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, pharmacovigilance, and product complaint requirements for scientific exchange
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to translate complex scientific information into accurate, balanced responses
• Cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills
• Experience developing Medical Information metrics, KPIs and actionable insights
• Proficiency with Medical Information systems (e.g., Veeva Vault/CRM), document management platforms, Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Medical Information function with initial focus on U.S. launch readiness and future global expansion.
• Oversee development, approval, maintenance, and deployment of Medical Information content (FAQs, response letters, templates, AMCP dossiers).
• Select and manage Medical Information vendors and contact center partners, including training, KPIs, quality monitoring, and budget tracking.
• Ensure responses are scientifically accurate, balanced, evidence-based, and compliant with regulations and SOPs.
• Represent Medical Affairs in MLR review processes and cross-functional reviews as appropriate.
• Monitor inquiry trends and insights to identify content needs and inform strategy.
• Support scientific conferences with content prep, inquiry management, and insights gathering.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant scientific exchange and launch readiness.
