Job summary

Volunteers for Democracy's Future PAC (V4DF) seeks an emerging political digital communications professional to lead content across platforms with creative responsibility and direct access to the Executive Director.

You will adapt videos, articles, and materials, publish posts, test new concepts, track performance, and coordinate with a small volunteer team while maintaining brand consistency. This is a contract, part-time role with potential to hire.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital communications or related fields.
• Proven ability to create, adapt, and publish engaging content for multiple platforms.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with platform-specific optimization.

Responsibilities

• Adapt existing videos, articles, and materials for each social platform.
• Maintain a practical content calendar and publish posts.
• Develop and test new creative concepts and formats; monitor trends and responses.
• Track performance and recommend changes based on results.
• Coordinate with the Executive Director and volunteers; maintain brand consistency.
