The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in communications with strong writing skills and a commitment to immigrant rights and racial justice. This position is based in New York and may require flexibility with evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of communications and digital content experience, preferably in social justice or advocacy organizations.
• Strong writing skills with ability to craft compelling press materials and social content.
• Comfortable and confident on camera with ability to deliver clear, engaging commentary.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital content strategy across social media, email, and online platforms.
• Create compelling multimedia content including videos, graphics, testimonials, and explainers.
• Draft press releases, media advisories, statements, and other communications materials.
