Job summary

Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust is seeking a skilled digital communications professional to own the website, audiences and analytics. You will develop the site, manage newsletters, dashboards and content while ensuring accessibility and GDPR compliance. The role is home-based with limited travel and requires collaboration with the Director of Strategy.

You will work across channels to improve user experiences, data-driven decision making and engagement with a diverse armed forces community.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and developing websites using WordPress and Elementor.
• Experience using analytics tools (GA4, Search Console) to measure performance and insights.
• Experience creating and editing digital content for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing subscriber databases or CRM systems.
• Experience using data and evidence to inform communications decisions.
• Experience with brand and accessibility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Trust website, ensuring content accuracy and usability.
• Lead on newsletters, audiences, segmentation and CRM activities.
• Develop dashboards and reporting on website and digital performance.
• Create and publish content for website, newsletters and channels.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive digital communications.
