Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Product Analyst to join our Digital Commerce applications group in Piscataway, NJ. You will translate complex business needs into clear user stories and work with UX, IT, and brand leaders to deliver features that meet brand standards and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a technical background, uses data to drive decisions, and thrives in Agile/SCRUM environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, high-performance user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 1+ years of experience as a Product Manager and/or 2+ years as an IT Product Analyst, Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Familiarity with Digital Commerce platforms including Shopify, SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce, and BigCommerce.
• Functional understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Demonstrated experience working within Agile/SCRUM development teams.
• Proficient using collaborative tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and deliver a high-impact digital commerce roadmap with business stakeholders.
• Gather complex business needs and translate into clear user stories, specs, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
• Collaborate with UX, IT, and brand leaders to design features aligned with Colgate standards and user-centric design principles.
• Guide cross-functional scrum teams through sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and releases.
• Define success metrics, design event-based analytics, and evaluate post-launch performance for continuous improvement.
• Oversee feature testing, verification, and deployment to ensure alignment with product goals.
