We help businesses optimize operations and improve the customer experience by creating flexible, holistic systems that speed customer throughput, boost ROI, and deliver seamless customer experiences.

With over 45 years of knowledge and experience, and our portfolio of queue management technology, crowd control & barrier systems, signage & wayfinding solutions, and premium architectural railings, we help the world’s leading companies safely guide the public in, through, and out of their facilities.

About the Role

We're seeking a Digital Commerce Specialist to manage the day-to-day performance and revenue growth of lavi.com. This new position offers significant responsibility and growth potential—you'll develop site optimization strategies, manage product merchandising, direct content development, and oversee Google Shopping campaigns to maximize online sales and search visibility. We're committed to providing training and mentorship to the right candidate. Curiosity and a drive to learn are more important than knowing everything on day one.

What You'll Do
  • Drive E-Commerce Growth: Own strategies to increase online revenue, optimize product pages and site navigation, and improve conversion rates through data-driven testing.
  • Manage Google Shopping: Develop and optimize Google Shopping campaigns and budgets to maximize ROAS and drive profitable traffic
  • Direct Content Strategy: Guide content development with internal teams and external writers/designers to ensure all content is search-optimized, on-brand, and conversion-focused
  • Lead SEO & AI Search Optimization: Execute SEO strategies and adapt content for visibility in AI-powered search tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews)
  • Analyze & Report: Use GA4, SEMrush, Google Ads, Merchant Center, and Search Console, daily to monitor performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations
What You'll Bring

You're analytical and data-driven, with a strong grasp of the customer journey and the drivers of purchasing decisions. You're eager to learn and stay current with the rapidly evolving digital landscape—from AI-powered search to emerging e-commerce trends.

You're excited about the intersection of e-commerce, content strategy, and emerging search technologies, and you're ready to make a direct impact on revenue growth. You’re motivated by results and continuous improvement, and you thrive in a collaborative environment.

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or website management
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Shopping, or product listing ads
  • Hands-on CMS experience and working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) for reporting and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent written/verbal communication
Preferred, but not required
  • Google Shopping campaign management with proven ROAS improvements
  • GA4 certification
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, CRO principles, and A/B testing
  • Familiarity with AI-powered search tools and LLM content optimization
  • Competitive wage based on qualifications
  • Comprehensive benefits package (health coverage, paid time off, and more).
  • Professional Development: Budget for certifications, training, and conferences to build your expertise
  • Clear Growth Path: Opportunity to advance as you demonstrate results and expand your skill set
  • Collaborative Environment: Work closely with a supportive Marketing team
  • Flexible Work Arrangement: Remote, hybrid, or on-site options available
  • Learning Culture: We're committed to providing training and mentorship as you grow into this role; curiosity and a drive to learn are more important than knowing everything on day one.
