Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 8+ years relevant experience.
• Preferred: CIPM, CFA or related designations in project management.
• Experience in asset management with performance calculation knowledge.
• Proven project management experience with Lean/Agile methodologies.
• Technical skills in SQL, Python, or dashboard building.
• Experience applying AI or automation to improve processes.
• Strong relationship management and detail orientation.
• Ability to work with all management levels and deliver complex data analyses.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes investment and performance tools and develops custom solutions for complex projects.
• Responds to ad hoc analytical requests from investment management and client reporting teams to improve processes.
• Leads complex projects including development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.
• Develops and promotes new applications for performance systems.
• Leads testing of new or existing performance systems.
• Keeps abreast of industry trends and collaborates to anticipate data needs.
• Eliminates data gaps and designs new calculations per best practices.
• Acts as escalation point for time-sensitive issues and ensures timely resolutions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute projects.
