The Gersh Agency, Inc. is seeking a Client Accounting Assistant for the Digital department in Beverly Hills. The role supports digital agents and can float across the department to cover day‑to‑day needs, with growth potential toward a Client Trust Accountant.

Ideal candidates have basic payroll or accounting knowledge, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and a genuine interest in finance. This is an entry‑level opportunity with full benefits and growth potential within a fast‑growing agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Basic payroll and accounting knowledge, skills, or experience (entry level) required.
• Experience with digital accounting, and/or digital preferred, but not required.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in finance and accounting preferred.
• Savvy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Meticulous and accurate.

Responsabilités

• Assist in creating and editing invoices.
• Assist in processing payments including (making copies, scanning, mailing out checks and pay stubs, etc.).
• Assist with conducting post‑job check‑ins with clients.
• Maintain and update client files and start work documents (I9, W9, W4, etc.).
• Assist with entering bookings and various tasks assigned by Agent Assistants as needed.
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Learn the needs of the department and support where appropriate.
• Miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.
