Job summary

Alliance Laundry System LLC is seeking a CI Digital Specialist to identify and implement process improvements using Power BI and Power Apps across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, build dashboards, and maintain a library of digital reports while advancing continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to boost efficiency, capturing user requirements, and analyzing feedback to improve digital tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, data science, technology, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Microsoft Power Platform (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI).
• 2+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, or similar role, developing and implementing digital solutions.
• Power Query, SQL, VBA, HTML, DAX preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications preferred.
• Six Sigma, Lean-Sigma, or Lean Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify and implement process improvements, utilizing digital tools to boost operational efficiency.
• Engage stakeholders to capture requirements for new reports and digital capabilities, ensuring outputs align with user needs.
• Seek out and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness and user experience of digital tools and reports.
• Utilize PowerBI to create compelling visualizations that convey data in an easily understandable format for reporting purposes.
• Document both new and existing PowerBI Reports to aid in standardization efforts.
• Assist in managing a library of reports, ensuring they are well organized, up to date, and easily accessible to users within the organization.
• Assist in the development and executing of new continuous improvement initiatives.
