Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, technology, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• 2+ years in Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, or similar role with digital solutions.
• Power Query, SQL, VBA, HTML, DAX preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications preferred.
• Six Sigma/Lean certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvements using digital tools.
• Engage stakeholders to capture requirements for new reports and capabilities.
• Analyze user feedback to improve digital tools and reports.
• Use PowerBI to create visualizations for reporting purposes.
• Document new and existing PowerBI reports for standardization.
• Manage a library of reports and ensure accessibility.
• Develop and execute new continuous improvement initiatives.
