Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Lead Business Process Analyst to drive digital initiatives for the Global Water Sales & Service organization. You will collaraborate with stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and supervise testing and data integration across CRM, Azure Data Factory, and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 8+ years of professional work experience.
• 5+ years in requirements management for sales/marketing organizations.
• 3+ years with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Field Service, Marketing).
• 3+ years hands-on Power Apps (Canvas) and connectors.
• 2+ years in Agile Methodology.
• No immigration sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead release prioritization and scope management.
• Configure Power Platform components and CRM settings.
• Act as Scrum Master when needed.
• Coordinate testing cycles and data analysis across systems.
• Collaborate with developers across multiple time zones.
