Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems LLC is seeking a Power Platform & BI–enabled Continuous Improvement Analyst to partner with teams across the organization to identify, design, and implement digital reporting and improvement initiatives.

You will build Power BI visuals, develop Power Apps, gather user requirements, and document reports to standardize insights, while applying data analytics, SQL/Power Query skills, and Lean methods to drive efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, technology, or related field required.
• 2+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, or similar role, developing and implementing digital solutions.
• Power Query, SQL, VBA, HTML, DAX preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications preferred; Six Sigma/Lean certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify and implement process improvements using digital tools.
• Engage stakeholders to capture requirements for new reports and digital capabilities.
• Analyze user feedback to improve the effectiveness and UX of digital tools and reports.
• Utilize Power BI to create visualizations for reporting purposes.

Overview

The Big Picture (Purpose):

To collaborate closely with teams across the organization in identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements, leveraging digital solutions such as Power Apps and PowerBI, to enhance insights and decision-making. By bridging the gap between data analytics and continuous improvement methodologies, this role will not only advance our digital reporting capabilities but also instill best practices, ensuring our commitment to excellence and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):

• Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify and implement process improvements, utilizing digital tools to boost operational efficiency.
• Engage stakeholders to capture requirements for new reports and digital capabilities, ensuring outputs align with user needs.
• Seek out and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness and user experience of digital tools and reports.
• Utilize PowerBI to create compelling visualizations that convey data in an easily understandable format for reporting purposes.
• Document both new and existing PowerBI Reports to aid in standardization efforts.
• Assist in managing a library of reports, ensuring they are well organized, up to date, and easily accessible to users within the organization.
• Assist in the development and executing of new continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

What you need to bring to the table (Experience):

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, technology, or a related field required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Microsoft Power Platform (including SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and PowerBI).
• 2+ Years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, or similar role, developing and implementing digital solutions.
• Power Query, SQL, VBA, HTML, DAX preferred
• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications preferred
• Six Sigma, Lean-Sigma, or Lean Certifications preferred
