You will manage digital dental cases from intake through design and production, coordinating with doctors, designers, outsourced partners, and internal production staff. This role blends digital case coordination, customer service, and technical support, ensuring files are accurate, deadlines are tracked, and issues are resolved quickly across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Digital Case Intake & Preparation: Receive, review, organize, and prepare digital dental case files from 3Shape and other platforms.
• Review incoming scans for accuracy, completeness, and usability; verify bite, orientation, and stitching.
• Enter prescriptions, case notes, and design instructions accurately.
• Identify missing or problematic files and communicate issues promptly.
• Assign cases to technicians and designers; move cases into production queues.
• Maintain Excel tracking sheets and other case-tracking systems.
• Monitor deadlines and prioritization for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate and schedule TeamViewer sessions for remote assistance.
• Serve as the communication link between doctor offices, CAD/design team, and production.
