Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for Digital and Cards systems and services.
• Problem solving and critical thinking to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Training Department to update training materials.
• Communicate with Branches and Contact Center on service deficiencies and training opportunities.
• Test systems for upgrades and coordinate tester feedback.
• Respond to employees and members via calls, email, or messages with best-in-class service.
• Process fraud, lost, stolen, and compromise alerts.
