Job summary
WMUR, the ABC affiliate in Manchester, NH, is seeking a Digital Client Service Specialist to work with Sales Account Executives and clients to ensure successful digital campaigns. You will process online advertising contracts, obtain creative materials, and oversee campaign execution.
In-person attendance is required. You will collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams, provide troubleshooting, and prepare PowerPoint proposals tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Online advertising trafficking or related experience.
- Strong knowledge of DFP and Google Analytics.
- Advanced PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills.
- Experience with programmatic advertising.
- Excellent customer service and client expectation management.
Responsibilities
- Build, organize and schedule advertising creative.
- Communicate with teams (sales, production, finance) and external clients on performance and delivery of commitments.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for creative and operations-related issues for all campaigns.
- Prepare strategic PowerPoint proposals based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design and develop concepts for digital campaigns.
