About The Role

The Digital Campaign Manager (DCM Outbound) will work closely with Sales, Sales Development Representatives (SDR), Partner and Marketing teams to strategize, create, and execute digital outbound campaigns that generate qualified pipeline across multiple regions.

While this is a global role, the initial focus will be on North America, EMEA North, and MEE. The role reports directly to the Global Vice President of Sales.

Your Future Role

As a Digital Campaign Manager (DCM Outbound), you will lead the execution of demand generation campaigns aligned with business and sales objectives. You will collaborate across teams to ensure campaigns target the right segments and meet commercial goals.

  • Create regional campaign plans to drive outbound pipeline in conjunction with GTM
  • Segment and execute outbound campaigns in coordination with Sales, SDR, Channel Partners, and Marketing
  • Develop clear outreach cadences via Channel Partners, Email, LinkedIn, and Phone
  • Manage and launch outbound tools such as Outreach and Salesforce
  • Analyze and optimize outbound campaign performance continuously

Your Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or consulting in a SaaS environment
  • Proven experience in executing digital outbound campaigns at scale
  • Strong skills in outbound tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesforce)
  • Excellent data literacy and campaign analysis skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
