Osborn for Senate is hiring a Digital Associate to support the digital team during the 2026 election cycle. This generalist, entry-level role is based in Nebraska, with a hybrid schedule and in-person collaboration three days a week.

You will report to the Digital Director and learn campaign digital strategy while contributing across content, videography, design, and rapid response tasks. The position is full-time, in-office, with benefits including dental, vision, and health insurance, and

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, highly organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction across a generalist role.
• Exceptional writing and proofreading skills with strong grammar/punctuation.
• Proficiency with video editing and graphic design; Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator required.
• Videography experience in campaign settings.

Responsibilities

• Editing short and long form political content for various channels.
• Writing scripts for long-form political content.
• Videography for campaign events and original videos.
• Conceptualizing and designing original graphics.
• Drafting and producing on-message copy across email, SMS, social, website, etc.
• Drafting and proofreading rapid response content in real time.
• Updating internal reports and analyzing data to inform decisions.
• Assisting with website maintenance and digital organizing as needed.
• Taking on additional duties across the digital and video team as needed.
