Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to support the Speed to Quote initiative within CAT Digital. You’ll help integrate three applications into a single capability within the Service Information System, coordinating with Helios and cross-functional teams.

You will work with React frontend and Java/Spring Boot backend engineers, define acceptance criteria, and ensure traceability across requirements, tests, and deployments in an Agile/Scrum setting.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Ability to translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Proven backlog management in Azure DevOps; Jira/Confluence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to define objectives, pain points, and outcomes.
• Elicit and document business requirements and functional specs.
• Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria for sprints.
