Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join the CAT Digital - Global Services Engineering Application Team. You will help build a centralized customer hub by integrating three apps with a new single capability in the Service Information System.

You will work with UX designers and engineers to capture business needs, write clear user stories, and ensure alignment across the software lifecycle in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IS/CS/Engineering/Business.

Responsabilités

• Engage stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and outcomes.
• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders, PO, and UX designers.
• Translate needs into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs in Azure DevOps.
• Create and use AI agentic skills to generate structured user stories and criteria.
• Maintain traceability across requirements, designs, testing, and implementation.
• Facilitate workshops with cross‑functional teams in Agile/Scrum.
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning with clear acceptance criteria.
