Caterpillar's CAT Digital – Global Services Engineering team seeks a Digital Business Analyst to help modernize service option data and coordinate the integration of three applications for the Speed to Quote initiative in Irving, TX.

You will work with UX designers, software engineers, QA, and DevOps in an Agile environment to translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability from requirements to testing.

Qualificações

• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for software solutions.
• Ability to decompose complex workflows into user stories, epics, and actionable tasks.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management.
• Familiarity with APIs and JSON data structures and responses.

Responsabilidades

• Engage stakeholders to capture objectives and outcomes.
• Elicit and document business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Translate needs into user stories and functional specs in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with frontend (React) and backend (Java/Spring Boot) engineers to validate features and RESTful APIs.
• Support QA and UAT through test case development and traceability.
