Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced UAT Analyst to support digital banking initiatives including Online Banking and Online Account Opening. The role involves planning, executing, and documenting UAT activities to ensure systems meet business requirements and deliver seamless customer experiences.

You will work with cross-functional teams, validate end-to-end processes, and ensure defects are tracked and resolved on time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years in UAT, QA, or business analysis.
Experience testing customer-facing applications or web platforms.
Strong testing methodologies, test case creation, and defect management.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Execute UAT test scenarios and cases for online banking platforms.
Validate functionality against requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct end-to-end testing of customer-facing digital banking processes.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution; verify fixes.
Support release planning, status updates, and collaboration with Product Owners and Developers.
