Talent Groups is seeking a Business Analyst to support a digital banking transformation. You will gather and document business requirements, analyze processes, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and vendors.

The role emphasizes strong requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and experience with Agile delivery. You will contribute to traceability and ensure smooth collaboration across teams throughout the transformation.

Qualifications

3–5 years of Business Analyst experience in banking or financial services.
Experience with digital banking, online/mobile banking, or financial services systems.
Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Experience with Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
Gather and document business and functional requirements.
Analyze current-state and future-state processes; identify gaps.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process documentation.
Support Agile delivery, testing, defect triage, and UAT; maintain traceability.
