Job summary

TEKsystems is partnering with a leading financial services organization to recruit a detail-oriented UAT Analyst for digital banking initiatives, including Online Banking and Online Account Opening (OAO) platforms. This contract role focuses on planning, executing, documenting, and coordinating UAT activities to ensure customer-facing systems meet business requirements and deliver strong experiences.

Qualifications

2+ years of UAT, QA, Business Analysis, and Software Testing experience.
Experience testing customer-facing applications or web-based platforms.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test case creation, and defect management.

Responsibilities

Execute UAT test scenarios and test cases for online banking and digital account opening platforms.
Validate functionality against business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct end-to-end testing of customer-facing digital banking processes.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
Verify fixes and perform regression testing as needed.
Ensure testing activities are completed within project timelines.
