Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, banking operations, treasury services, payments, financial services, or a related field.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business and consumer clients via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Provide end-to-end support for digital banking and treasury management services, including ACH Payments, Wire Transfers, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay & Reverse Positive Pay, Online Banking Platforms.
• Educate clients on products, services, and system functionality while providing a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with operations, treasury management, and banking teams to deliver effective solutions.
