Job summary

Mutual Bancorp in Leominster, MA is seeking a Digital Channels Support Analyst to provide second-tier operational and technical support for its Digital Channels team. You will serve as escalation point for complex issues and mentor Digital Analyst I teammembers, ensuring timely resolution.

You will coordinate with vendors, assist with testing, system enhancements, UAT, and participate in small projects while maintaining cybersecurity awareness and compliance with audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field preferred or equivalent banking/technology experience.
• Advanced knowledge of digital banking platforms and delivery channels.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level support for digital banking applications.
• Manage ticket queue and escalate complex issues.
• Process user administration requests including access provisioning and deactivations.
• Maintain departmental docs and reports.
• Participate in UAT and small projects.
• Support audit, compliance, and examination requests.
