Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of comparable Retail experience.
• College degree preferred, not required.
• Prior cash handling or customer service experience.
• Must be extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Must work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with bank systems, CRM, financial apps is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, develops, and closes sales; applies needs based selling techniques to generate product interest; actively cross-sells products/services.
• Actively engage in meaningful conversation with customers to understand full financial needs and recommend products.
• Serves as digital expert with knowledge of digital channels to cross sell and expand relationships.
• Drives proactive sales and service conversations through inbound and outbound interactions.
• Deepens existing customer relationships through proactive initiatives captured in 360 View.
• Open new accounts and process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, wires and payments accurately.
• Perform daily branch operations and ensure cash drawer and vault accuracy.
• Comply with policies, BSA/KYC, and stay informed on product updates.
• Travel for meetings and community involvement; participate in events endorsed by the bank.
