Our client, Ladders, is seeking a Digital Banking Solutions Consultant to join a leader in Information Technology. This remote role focuses on consultative selling for financial institution clients, shaping tailored digital banking solutions aligned with customer needs and business goals.

You will partner with sales and technical stakeholders to develop proposals, lead client discussions, and drive adoption. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in financial institutions or with technology vendors serving financial institutions or merchants.
• 6+ years in sales, pre-sales, or software solutions implementation in a similar domain.
• 6+ years of equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or military service.

• Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets while managing costs.
• Create value-based proposals and design technical solutions with detailed documentation.
• Lead technical meetings with clients to validate solutions and ensure smooth transitions.
• Gather and relay client feedback to improve customer experience and product development.
• Assist in developing RFI/RFP documents and conducting product demonstrations.
• Drive sales opportunities within existing accounts to ensure customer success.
• Communicate product roadmap effectively to clients and prospects.

For our client, we are seeking a Digital Banking Solutions Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This remote role will focus on consultative selling for financial institution clients, helping shape tailored digital banking solutions that align with customer needs and business goals. You will partner closely with sales and technical stakeholders to develop value-based proposals, lead client discussions, and support the transition from prospecting through successful solution adoption. The position also plays an important role in capturing client feedback, advancing product readiness, and strengthening existing account relationships.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $162,000 annually
