Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Domain Consultant 2 in Charlotte, NC, focusing on Payments and Digital Banking with expertise in Open Banking APIs. You will analyze client processes, benchmark solutions, and document SOPs while collaborating across technical teams and stakeholders.

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry-specific standards and best practices
• Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain-specific insights
• Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector
• Conduct in-depth research on third-party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation

Required Skills:

• Experience in the Payments/Digital banking applications with understanding of Open banking architecture and reusable API’s
• Experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
• Experience and understanding of Payment application (MTS, ACH, Pep+, RDC, Internal Payments)
• Experience with proven Agile capabilities and certified PO

Preferred Skills :

• Experience and understanding of Payments initiated by Retail, Small Business and HNI client through Online Banking application and interface with Payment engine.
• Experience with PI planning, Scrum ceremonies and backlog glomming meetings
• Experience with MVP and backlog prioritization using WSJF technique

Additional Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in Pennington, NJ location will be - $90722 to $121524
